Eligibility Criteria

  • Citizenship: Be a citizen of one of the following countries: Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Ethiopia, Georgia, India, Indonesia, Iraq, Iran, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Colombia, Kosovo, Lebanon, Moldova, Montenegro, Mexico, Nigeria, North Macedonia, Palestine, Peru, Philippines, Senegal, Serbia, South Africa, Tanzania, Tunisia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, or Vietnam.
  • Academic Background: Hold a Bachelor’s degree or be in the final year of undergraduate studies.
  • Field of Study: Apply for a Master’s program in engineering and technical sciences, agricultural sciences, exact sciences, or life sciences.
  • Language Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in English (minimum B2 level) or Polish (minimum B1 level) through recognized language tests or certificates.
  • Age Limit: Applicants should be under 35 years of age.

Required Documents

Applicants must submit the following documents:

  • Valid Passport: A scanned copy of your passport showing personal details.
  • Bachelor’s Degree Certificate: A scanned copy of your Bachelor’s degree or a certificate from your current institution confirming your expected graduation date.
  • Academic Transcripts: Official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended.
  • Language Proficiency Proof: Certificates or test scores demonstrating your proficiency in English or Polish.
  • Recommendation Letters: At least one academic or professional reference letter.
  • Motivation Letter: A personal statement outlining your academic interests, career goals, and reasons for choosing Poland.
  • Curriculum Vitae (CV): An updated CV highlighting your academic achievements and relevant experiences.

How to Apply

  1. Online Application: Complete the application through the official NAWA portal: https://programs.nawa.gov.pl/login.
  2. University Admission: Apply separately to your chosen Polish university and program. Ensure that the program is eligible under the Stefan Banach Scholarship.
  3. Document Submission: Upload all required documents in the specified formats on the NAWA portal.
  4. Selection Process: Applications will be reviewed by NAWA and the respective universities. Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an interview.
  5. Notification: Selected candidates will be informed via email.
